Terms & Conditions for Online Booking Portal: SKY CLIENT GLOBAL TRAVELS AND TOURS PRIVATE LIMITED (SCG Holidays.com)

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the SCG Holidays online booking portal (“Portal”), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using the Portal.

2. Booking Services The Portal facilitates the booking of travel-related services, including flights, hotels, holiday packages, and other services (“Services”). SCG Holidays acts as an intermediary and does not own or operate any travel services directly.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.

  • Ensure that all travelers meet entry requirements (e.g., passports, visas) for their destinations.

  • Users must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices displayed on the Portal are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Full payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

  • Any additional charges (e.g., taxes, surcharges) will be disclosed at the time of booking.

  • SCG Holidays is not responsible for any currency conversion fees imposed by your payment provider.

  • A membership fee of 25% of your complete package is applicable, which is non-refundable. 

5. Confirmation and Documentation

  • Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your itinerary and booking details.

  • It is your responsibility to review the details for accuracy and notify SCG Holidays immediately of any discrepancies.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary depending on the service provider (e.g., airline, hotel) and will be specified during the booking process.

  • If you cancel a confirmed holiday more than 45 days in advance of the check-in date, 25% of your membership amount will be forfeited.

  • If you cancel less than 45 days before the check-in date, no refund will be provided, but you can carry forward the amount toward your next holiday.

  • If you are unable to take a holiday as confirmed, the package may stand canceled or postponed depending on the circumstances. This is subject to SCG Holidays' discretion.

  • In case you are unable to utilize your holiday, you may gift it to a friend or acquaintance.

7. Membership Benefit Conditions

  • Membership benefits are valid only during your membership term, which will be determined based on your requirements. Membership automatically expires thereafter.

  • Benefits are valid seven days a week, excluding blackout dates, and cannot be combined with any other discount or promotional offer.

8. Blackout Dates

  • Membership benefits will not be valid on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, and Valentine’s Day.

  • Travel during blackout dates will incur an additional charge of 40% of the total package cost.

9. Membership Transferability

  • Membership is transferable to immediate family members and can also be utilized by the member’s guest by providing valid ID proof at the time of check-in.

  • It is not mandatory for the member to be present at check-in.

10. Changes to Bookings

  • Changes to bookings are subject to the service provider’s policies and availability.

  • Additional charges may apply for modifications.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • SCG Holidays is not liable for service disruptions, delays, cancellations, or any other issues arising from third-party providers.

  • SCG Holidays is not responsible for damages resulting from user errors during the booking process.

  • The liability of SCG Holidays, if any, is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific booking.

12. Travel Insurance

  • SCG Holidays provides travel insurance through its partnership with ICICI to ensure your family is insured during travel.

  • SCG Holidays is not responsible for issues arising due to force majeure events, such as natural calamities, curfews, strikes, or acts of terrorism, which are beyond its control.

13. Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required for membership. If full payment cannot be made upfront, 25% must be paid on the confirmation day, with the remainder due within one month.

  • Failure to complete payment within one month will result in forfeiture of the amount as a cancellation.

14. Meal Plan

  • SCG Holidays offers BB, CP, MAP, and Half Board meal plans at most destinations. Please confirm with the sales executive before booking.

  • In some destinations, meal plans are not available, and travelers will need to purchase their own meals.

15. Intellectual Property All content on the Portal, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SCG Holidays or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

16. Privacy Policy Your use of the Portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your personal data is collected, used, and protected.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of  Kerala. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kerala, Thrissur.

18. Amendments SCG Holidays reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Portal, and you will be notified via call, message, or email.
